The following form was designed to assist you in submitting a request to have Eagles Pep Band appear at your upcoming event. Each request will be considered based on the information provided in the form and will be confirmed based on availability and team policies.

Requests should be submitted at least one month in advance but no earlier than three months in advance. Please allow 7-10 business days for a response to your request.

Please note: All appearance requests must be submitted via this online form. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance.

Prior to submitting the request, please review the fees:

Parade fee: $850

Wedding fee: $800

General fee: $600

Private Party fee: $600

Non-Profit fee: $500
