Player Appearance Form

Have an Eagles Player make an appearance!

As proud Philadelphians who take our responsibility to our community seriously, we appreciate the tremendous work done by our fans and non-profits to support the region we all share. To that end, the Eagles aim to support local causes through player appearances throughout the year. Unfortunately, due the players' limited schedule large volume of requests that we receive, not all requests can be filled, but we do personally review every completed request that is submitted.

All requests for player appearances must be submitted online, 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event. Each request should include all of the information below, including an email address, day and evening phone numbers where you can be reached, the day, time and location of the appearance, and the fee to be paid to the player (where applicable).
