The Santander Community Quarterback program honored those who exemplify leadership, dedication and a commitment to improving the communities in which they live.
This year we had an amazing group of individuals recognized for their work in the community. We've identified three exceptional finalists for you to vote on the Santander QB Grand Finalist.

Holly O’Connell has been a pillar of her community as the founder of A Path To Hope (APTH), a non-profit organization dedicated to helping those battling mental illness by providing access to mental health resources and education. The organization hosts a community resource fair, consisting of 31 providers of therapy, as well as a podcast. Featuring guests such as therapists, families of victims of suicide, and parents of children who are struggling, Holly and A Path to Hope’s work have given the Downingtown, PA community hope as they continue to mourn the loss of several young lives in the Philadelphia borough to death by suicide.
Todd Irwin is a volunteer pilot and now serves as President of the Board of Directors and volunteer pilot for Angel Flight East, an organization that provides free air transportation for those needing to travel to access medical care. Using his own plane, Todd provides top tier medical care for patients in the community, covering all costs of flying for patients across fourteen states. Along with being a volunteer pilot, Todd is the AFE Board President, contributing to the strategic development of the organization. AFE is often a last chance for patients, and because of Todd and his passion for helping others, he makes those chances possible.
Former Bensalem and Neshaminy High School football coach Robert Wargo is the creator of the Bucks County Challenger Football and Cheerleading program. The program brings the Pop Warner experience to individuals with special needs, offering them equal and inclusive opportunities on and off the field. Robert, who has since retired from teaching and coaching, continues to teach high school athletes through the program. Through Coach Wargo, the Challenger athletes finally have the opportunity to be the ones scoring touchdowns and cheering on their teams.
