Philadelphia Eagles
2020 Season Ticket Refund Policy
In the event that any Eagles home game for the 2020 NFL season is
canceled and not replayed or is played under conditions that
prohibit spectators from attending, then the Eagles Season Ticket
Member will be entitled to a refund in the amount of the face value
of the ticket for that game.
to log in to Eagles Account Manager to view the face value of the
ticket, as tickets to each game may have a different face value.
You may elect to receive a cash refund through the same method as
your payment OR apply your refund as an account credit that can be
used to purchase tickets for future Eagles home games. If, at the
applicable time, you do not make an election, you will automatically
receive a refund through your payment method.
For each game, the refund/credit will be processed within 30 days of
the official announcement that such game is canceled or played
without spectators, as applicable.
For premium season ticket licensees, in the event that your
agreement provides for a refund in an amount greater than the amount
determined based on the refund terms above, then the licensee will
be entitled to a refund or credit (as applicable) in accordance with
the terms of your agreement.
This policy applies only to Eagles Season Ticket Members. It does
not apply to single game ticket purchasers or fans who purchase
their tickets from sources other than the Eagles. In addition, it
does not apply to games that are postponed or rescheduled.
Except as expressly set forth in this policy, the terms of any
Eagles Season Ticket Member’s agreement(s) that govern its season
tickets will continue to apply. The Eagles reserve the right to
modify, supplement or amend the terms of this policy at any time.
Given the fluidity of the current situation, the Eagles will be
prepared to adapt as necessary and will communicate any policies
related to postponed, rescheduled or limited capacity games at the
appropriate time.
NFL Ticketexchange/Third Party Resale Sites
Season Ticket Members may post their tickets for resale starting
Thursday, May 7 at 7:30 PM. The NFL’s preferred resale partner is
NFL Ticketexchange. Payments to sellers for any tickets sold through
NFL Ticketexchange will be held until the game is played with
spectators, at which time the payment will be transferred to the
seller. In the event that any Eagles home game for the 2020 NFL
season is canceled and not replayed, or is played under conditions
that prohibit spectators from attending, NFL Ticketexchange will
process refunds to buyers of tickets in the amount of the price paid
for those tickets within 30 days of the official announcement that
such game is canceled or played without spectators, as applicable.
Season Ticket Members who post tickets for resale through any third
party resale site should refer to the stated refund policy of that
resale site.
