SWOOP, ONE OF THE MOST BELOVED AND ICONIC MASCOTS IN THE NFL, IS KNOWN FOR HIS FUN-LOVING PERSONALITY, BEING THE CENTER OF ATTENTION, AND ENTERTAINING FANS OF ALL AGES.
The following form was designed to assist you in submitting a request to have SWOOP appear at your upcoming event. Each request will be considered based on the information provided in the form and will be confirmed based on availability and team policies.
Requests should be submitted at least one month in advance but no earlier than three months prior to the event. Once you have submitted your request, an email containing a confirmation will be sent to you with a case number. This case number will be used by the Eagles to track your request. All requests will be confirmed or declined 2-3 weeks prior to the event date.
Please note: All appearance requests must be submitted via this online form. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance.
Prior to submitting the request, please review the fees:
*There is a (1) hour maximum time limit for SWOOP Appearances. During the hour, SWOOP is required to take a 15 minute break/can only appear in costume for 25 minutes prior to taking a break.
*Many companies/organizations opt to have SWOOP appear for a shorter period of time than an hour to make the appearance most impactful for guests, i.e. a 20 minute appearance. This approach is recommended.
*SWOOP’s availability is extremely limited during the season.
